We want you to be completely satisfied with your RAEN eyewear. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date for all unworn frames in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Package Your Frames

  Securely pack your eyewear in its original hard case and box to ensure it arrives back to our warehouse in pristine condition.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
